Default Yeah!!!!!

Just to update some of y'all that might be following our story. . .the "bitch" filed for divorce - YEAH!!! and now as soon as I can get all of his stuff back from her, the divorce will be finally and he and I (and our kids) will be able to live happily ever after. . .well that's the plan, of course reality is another story. We are still dealing with this damn prison run around thing but heads up right???? God has brought us back together and I know that he and I both understand what that means at this point and this time the woman who should have been his wife all along will be - well after the legal mumbo jumbo of all the waiting periods and stuff like that.

Anyway, if we do go ahead with our wedding while he's still in TDC then what can I expect???? Can he request a conjugal visit??? I would REALLY like it if he could - he he he he - I know he would too! I'm a little confused because some places I've checked said that they couldn't but then some places say that they can upon request. Just wanting some clarification. . .

yeah you just have to check and see if they allow that when you marry up in prison. i know here you used to be able to get married and all and get the congugal visit but that has changed since something happened several years ago. they dont allow that now. you have to be married before getting into any trouble.

Lil Tx... so happy for you and your wonderful news!
Fly girl is correct no conjugal visits in Texas. Now I don't know if all units here in Texas are the same but where my Ex is we could not be married at the prison. We had to be married by Proxy.
