Does anyone know why Tucson, Rincon has been on lockdown for so long?

with the 1 yr anniversary of the hostage incident they had a lot of ceremonies etc to mark it... soo that means the people are locked down so that all can have cake.. except of course the fellows in lockdown.. they get ummmm nothing ...
I so remember that time last year and it was traumatic on all involved.. but I noticed as it neared my guy was being locked down even more frequently

I have heard the same and they are still being locked down, I guess they are waiting for the 15 days to pass.

yeah that may be but there also there was a fight that broke out in the chow hall im tucson cimarron unit co's were hurt and they are saying out prisons are understaffed . go figure
