Going to Seagoville, Tx on monday please some questions...

I am reporting to seagoville FCI this monday. I was just wondering if someone could answer a couple of questions ?


1. How do get assigned to your work duties ? ( what are the options ?)

2. What is a basic day ? ( what time you get up and sleep ?)

3. What can you bring in ?

4. Does each person get their own room ?

5. How is the facility ?

6. Phone privileges ?

Any other info i need to know can help. Thanks alot!!!

My man has been there since July. May be different as he is awaiting sentencing versus being sentenced.

1. He works in food service. Didn't seem mandatory.
2. He is bored of course, but they have TVs. Lights out I know is at 9PM.
3. Don't know, not much from what I gather. Have your family send pics.
4. No, rooms set up for 2 people.
6. It's okay, its prison. Guards seem okay.
6. You get so many minutes, usually 300 a month. Have to submit a list of numbers you are calling. Times seem flexible. Fifteen minute call length max.
