Lysbeth - about the $39 non-refundable Tele-Net fee

I was told to call a Mr. Owen in re of telenet and when i got my app and saw that about the 39 being kept if you had credit probs, etc, i called and spoke to him today. He said they mean outstanding phone bills left unpaid is the only thing he knows of that they are speaking of.

Hmmmm. Well, that makes a LOT of difference! OK, I am going to have to rethink and reconsider it now... the worst that can happen is that the DOC declares it a violation and suspends our phone privileges, and he'll still be able to call his mom so that wouldn't be the worst thing in the world... hmmmm....
