Smile Visit to Brazoria Tx Clemmens Unit

Hello all I havent posted in a while but I havent forgotten about you. I finally saw my husband!!! I flew to Houston and rented a car . I only got 4 hours and was lucky to have gotten that. I was told they dont do speacial visits there and to ask for the warden. Well I did and do you think he had 2 minutes to talk to me? NOT!!! So he tells the corectional officer to tell me if they didnt get too busy I might get a little extra time. Well thank god this lady CO left us visiting for 4 hours. She was very nice. I have to admit the correctional officers made up for the warden. Even when I left a gentleman CO at the front gate was concerned about me wandering around so far from home. The farm my husband is on is the best hes seen since being locked up and he is very greatful to be there. The work keeps him busy and makes time go by faster. The correctional officers arent abusive like hes seen in other places. We still havent heard anything from the parole Board. I got a letter in Nov. saying he was in the parole review process and a decision would be made in several monthes. Nothing yet. Hey how many is several in yalls book?????? After seeing that prison, I beleive it is the roughest and oldest one I have seen so far. Thank the lord hes at the farm. Thank you all for being here and God bless you and yours.......

Donna,
I am happy to hear your visit went so well, and that your husband is at a better place.
