getting case back in court

ok, I'm working on getting Darrell's case back in court, because he had an unfair trial (attorney and appeal counsel did a really sh*tty job),and there's newly discovered evidence that he's innocent. But in the mean time he's been in prison for almost 8 years now.

So anybody who can help us, or give me any advise on how to go with this (because I never done this before and I know very very little about the US laws), feel free to contact me.
