to be honest with you. i am in the same boat. how do you get around with getting somewhere when your loved one is a felon? we want to get a house but we have to stack our money sky high just to pay for most of the house. we have to do something too. when he gets out. let me know what you find out,.

I wish I could answer that. I would love to say they need not tell anyone anything as it is none of their concern but I went through something one time with a realaty company and a landlord. Well my son's father was not working so he could not get the apartment in his name so we had the bright idea to get it in mine and a male friend of mines name. Well when the landlord found out that it would be my son's father staying there and not the original guy he met he insisted that I had to tell him to leave. I t was this whole big uncomfortable mess. I told him that me and the other guy did not work out and that I have a new boyfriend and that it was none of his business. We argued constantly until finally he gave in and let us stay. It was not worth the headache but if the landlord is not on the premisis then I say keep it to yourself.
