Hello all!! I am going to start a new thread here for those of you who need bus service to see your loved ones. I will start with a few and then those of you that know of other services, please post as i am sure that this will be helpful to many of our NY memebers. I have not used these services so i can not tell you off hand of their quality.

The FREE BUS: it is recommended that your loved ones puts in the request for this, but here's the number 518-457-8106 Office of Ministerial at the DOC.

Double K Van Service. They pick up in Queens, Brooklyn and Bronx.

I solely use them to go to Mt. McGregor. They go Weekends and holidays.

Maybe this should be another thread (feel free to move it if so) but...I'd be intereted in any bus services other than free bus, which I already know about, that could or would go through CNY, SYR, ROCH. etc. and travel to Attica, Wyoming, Groveland.

I need service from Buffalo, Ny to Mid State. I can get to Rochester if anyone knows of busses that run from there.

I personally dont know of any bus service that comes or passes thur Rochester except for the free bus, which i only caught once because i was too lazy to drive. Me personally, i enjoyed the ride, i was able to sleep and read my boook peacefully.
Now that i think about it, there is a prison ministy here that does transpo to different facilities, i am going to look into that for tomorrow and post for those that are here in Roc. or near by.

M&M's Ride provide service To WALLKILL, SHAWANGUNK and FISHKILL. She will do night visits for Fishkill and trailers also. Departing from down on Fulton and Jay street @ 5.30am. Cost is $45 RT and children are $5 (thats great, don't u think??) She does require one week advance notice. the numbers to her is 718-771-3437

First of all, I have yet to see a bus service that services ALL...meaning EACH & EVERY prison. But, I'll have to admit...Prison Gap comes pretty damn close . And I want to give a better number for United Bros. I don't think that 888 number you have is good. Don't remember. But the owner's name is Corky and he is DA MAN TO RIDE WITH!!!!! Q: WILL WE SERVE EVERY PRISON IN THE SYSTEM? A: IF THERE IS ENOUGH PEOPLE WANTING TO GO, THEN CONNECTED IS GOING.
