All he have to do is go talk to his counselor. And he should be able to help him. And if his wife wants a divorce too. All she have to do is go to a paralegal and get the papers and sign them . Then send them to him to sign and he sends them back. And she turns them into the court house and takes 6 months and one day.

i also going to start the divorce proceedings. but my "husband" doesnt want to sign the papers:argh he is in a NJ federal prison

i was going to sign his signature myself because i really dont have time for the bs. but i was advised not to.

he knows i am not the begging and pleading type and i told him if he didnt sign them i will just do it myself. the basterd had the nerve to tell me if i do it i will find myself sitting behind bars

does anyone have any suggestions.

Bryansong, I know allot depends on the state you plan to divorce in. Amir was divorced in NJ and she divorced him without his consent or his signature. Something to do with the fact that he was away from her and couldnt fulfull his marriage contract, ie sex.
