Another card I got back is from Mark van Dijk , Fort Dix , New Jersey.
It says : RTS not here..
What does that mean ?
He is from The Netherlands , and I knew he would get out , but didn`t expect it to be so soon.
Good for him though !
Can I send a letter to prison and ask where he is now ?
Or is that a waste of time ?

In housecleaning this forum tonight I found this post... I'm so sorry it went so long without any reply at all.

"RTS" would mean "return to sender", I would imagine. Not sure about how to locate a released prisoner but I noted there was some discussion about that in another thread you posted in this forum...

In any case, I'll leave this thread open in case anyone comes along who might know of Mark or have any information about him...

RTS means return to sender. I am sure they can't tell you his new address if he is released.
