SATF is the Substance Abuse and Treatment Facility at Corcoran State Prison. The address, according to the CDC website, is:

SATF
900 Quebec Rd.
P.O. Box 7100
Corcoran, CA 93212

The inmate number you used does not look correct to me. My son's, at Folsom, is T-40176. The number you have looks too long. If you do not have the right number, your letter is coming back guaranteed.

The second line of the address is usually a cell block and bunk number. If you don't get the address right, they don't get the mail. The prisons won't do anything to try to help. They will just send it right back where it came from.
