How many of you have had to deal with Denton County?

I was wondering how many of you have loved ones that were sentenced in Denton County?

I just found your post, Krista. My husband was sentenced in Denton Co. The DA was Katherine Bender

. She is evil personified. She looked at me and smiled while he was being sentenced. Denton is hard. They firmly believe in locking them up and throwing away the key. Has Brian been sentenced yet? My husband also had to deal with Debra Bender, she is Evil!!! Husband was sentanced to 4 years and has to do 2 years he will be released 2005, Denton County is a hard jail. I had to serve 6 months for aggraved assult. I scratch my husband with a pair of scissors, he did not have stiched and did not go to the hospital. But Denton county pressed charged and I am on felony probation. my husband did not press charges!!!

I keep wanting to call that evil thing Katherine, but it is Debra. Did you ever notice she looks like the chick that used to be on Law and Order? Coincidence? We don't think so. She gave my husband six yrs. for dwi, the judge had no criminal experience only civil, so she just went along with it. Where is your man now Sheila?
