Default court transcripts

I have obtained copies of my loved ones court transcripts. You need to call the court in which the case was held...make sure you have the name & docket #. The date may be needed also, although the docket (or court case# should be sufficient). In alot of court proceedings, the court reporters are brought in...so in my case, I had to obtain the name & number of the court reporter through the clerk (that info should be in the records) & contact them directly. You'll have to pay for the copies. Depending on how lengthy the hearing was...determines how much it'll cost. Usually so many cents per page. I hope this helps.
