Question Jobs in Knoxville for released felons

Does anyone know of jobs or companies that hire ppl with a felony record in Knoxville? My fiance has been out for about a month and has no luck finding employment I'm out of state so not sure if he is not looking hard enough or if the job market there is as tough as he says. Any help would be appreciated

I lived in Knoxville for a short period of time (2 months). I got hired at the first place I applied. I do not have a criminal record. They did a background search and the job was working for a home shopping network answering phones. This was through a temp. agency. A friend of mine who lives their now works for Rush fitness. He was sentenced to the federal halfway house their and got hired by Rush fitness while living there. He also worked at a restaraunt on the strip. I think most of the jobs that pay well do not want to hire felons because they have so many people applying and so few jobs available.
