Ok Everyone!! TONY CALLED TODAY on our new TeleNet NUMBER WoooooooHoooooooo!!!!!!
It took weeks for us to get it all working but as of today 11/15 he called on the number Tele-Net gave me and it worked!
I can't tell you what all he had to do to get someone to "fix" the problem inside because I had done all I could from the outside.
I can say "holding my breath" Thank God for Tele-Net and I can't wait to see my 1st LOW phone bill!!
I will keep you all posted if anything changes!
Ohhhhhh I will he called 2 times today on that number.
GOD I pray its as cheap as they said it would be or I'm in trouble lol

I hope that service works. I've been trying to get a phone number for remote call forwarding for CT, but the phone conmpany there won't co-operate with me. Maybe Tele-Net is a better choice?
Renee I'm counting on hearing about that first bill!!! I know it will be cheaper...it that case the 1st round of drinks are on you at the PTO get-together in March!!
Also, Lynn is that MCI that is giving you a hard time? MCI is the long distance carrier for Vic, so I'd like to know the troubles that you are experiencing too!

HAHA This is going to take some catching up I'm afraid. I just got my phone bill today from SWBell the BEFORE Tele-Net bill 280.00 *sigh* I expect one more really big one then it should level out I PRAY! Will keep you posted.

I had no problems with Tele-Net at all! They did an outstanding job for me. I DID however have problems with the company that carries my honey's phones in the prison.
They are SBC. Give Tele-Net a call and see what they have to say maybe.. Good Luck

MCI put restrictions on my phone because I was at work when they called and got my answering machine instead of me. I wasn't late on my pymnts so they told me they just like to check up on their customers to make sure we know we are receiving corr. facility phone calls. And I called twice that night and BOTH times was told there wasn't a block on my phone. The 3rd night I was told there WAS bec. I have a balance on my MCI acct. Well, HELLO of course I do, the bill isn't due yet, I haven't even received it yet! But I had to pay them over the phone (with a superv) and it took *3 more days* (NOT 24HRS like I was promised) to get the block removed!!!!!!!! I did some cussing that I know I'll be in church for this weekend, LOL! They harrass us and have us over a barrel, because they know we'll pay what it takes to get a chance to speak to our loved ones. I'm anxious to try Tele-Net. Thanks for letting me vent! God bless!
