Default WA. State No more 55%!!!

I just heard that the WDOC has postponed the 55% they have been taking for restitution and fines. It is back to the usual 35% for now. Not sure why or when it will start up again. Anyone else heard the same?

I am sure it is state wide. I know some inmates were getting 85% taken out! If anyone wants to send money they better do it quick!!!

this is fricking rediculous! my b/f is having me start sending money to his work release account so that he doesn't have to take a loan from the state.

I put $100.00 on my brothers books before he left the county jail and when he got to shelton and used the commisary the first time, he only had $45.00. So they took a good chunk. He said one person told him that they don't take anything out of ten dollars or less, so he wants me to just send him ten dollars at a time. Might seem like a hassle but as much as I write to him, its no problem. Besides he is my best bud in the whole world so i would do it even if it was a hassle.
