Default Parole Violation, how much time will he get?

My bf was charged a couple years ago and he did his time in prison and last week he got arrested and the prison had a warrant on him..the charge he got awhile ago was for sale of liquor to underage, when he got arrested last week they told him he had a warrant out and that he had to do time for the county and then go back to prison,he is now in prison and his record online says bugurlary of structure P.V..what does that mean?he has never been in trouble since he got out from prision a couple years ago and when he got arrested last week he didnt break in to any places.how much time will a parole violator get?

We both live in Ohio and when he first got into trouble it happened in Indiana.the ripley county jail came and got him monday from warren county jail.the warren county jail didn't charge him with anything.they dropped everything.he already did time in Indiana when he first got into trouble. His inmate information says burgulary of structure P.V and his bond

Maybe it says that because that's what he was charged with the first time he went to prison? Maybe they revoked his parole so his initial charge is showing.

So does that mean he has to do all of his time all over again?

In my boyfriends case that's exactly what happened.

He violated probation once.

They revoked his probation and re-sentenced him on his original charge.

The first time he was sentenced he just had to do 9 months in county.

When it was revoked and when they re-sentenced him he got 0-5 years in prison.

Hopefully that won't happen to yours though. Our cases are completely different so maybe he won't have to do much time at all.
