Even with the other charges, probation is still the most likely outcome. 9/10, the additional charges will more than likely drop off. The charge that you have to worry about is the charge with the most proof behind it.

What about someone (not me) who is the victim of a CI and faces multiple Delivery of Cannabis charges, 10-30 and possible 30-500. He would be a first time offender as well. Charges haven't been filed yet.
Well, all I can tell u is that illinois doesn't play around w/weed cases. Mine got 11 years for his. Granted it was alot more (right around 5000 grams). But don't go into it fully expecting probation (altho it's definitely possible) cuz there's always a chance he could serve a little time. But u can always hope the judge is feeling generous sorry u can't be of more help, I can only tell u my experience. good luck!!
