Default I gotta see my baby!!!

Ladies, I have got to get down there to see my baby, I live in Atlanta and getting down to see him has become an obstacle. Does anyone live in Atlanta or close by, that would like to car pool? I am 25 years old and have been with Anthony forever, I usually find a way through family, but since they can't be on his list they can't come in so they have to sit outside from 10:00am- 3:00pm and that is a big reason why it's been so long since I went. We are gonna get married soon and I really love and miss him. I'm a student and I work and I know that it's very expensive gas wise, especially now since the prices have gone up. It used to cost me $30 in gas, plus $10 for his snacks. If anyone would like to share a ride with a very normal and down to earth woman, and share the cost of the trip PLEASE CONTACT ME. Either on this website or via e-mail. My e-mail is( email mot allowed against policy)

Hey Kesha,

Who is your loved one at Telfair State Prison? I am asking because I think I may know you and could possibly help.

Hi hope I'mot to late
My son is at telfair, The officers are fairly to very nice. visit= very very strict, on what you wear and how close you sit. the counselours some are horrible others are very very nice.
I just figured maybe that's why some inmates are turned off, because some of the staff at the prisons are mean.
they eat 2 meals on the weekends, they have fights, maybe not so often but they do.
I'm not sure what you are trying to ask, but here is a brief of some of the things i noticed.
if you need more info email me at (email deleted against policy)
I would offer anyone a ride but my son is coming home, now if you really want to go this weekend, maybe we can see, email me quick and i can go sat or Sun

I think closed security is when inmates have a hard to not so hard time of adjusting.
Which means they are usually hard headed and get into more trouble than usual.
now don't shout my head off, if i am wrong I apologize, but that is what I understand closed to be. as a matter of fact call classification, they will tell you,.

My husband is in there. I think I have to agree, send a birthday card, because unless it isn't on the approved list, he won't get it..........I have been there once, and talk to them at least once a week, pm me if I can help you somehow......

Looking for a female who would like to carpool with me. I have a baby but she can't visit yet. I'll do the driving but we can split the fees of the trip. Message me because I do plan on going Sat.

you are allowed to send any types of card as long as it doesn"t contain pornography. as far as gift goes.he has to send you a paper what they call a "package form list" and only the item that was approved on the package list can be sent within 30 days of the approval date list on bottom of the page.

Hi, I have a cousin that's in for life at Telfair and I want to send him a letter. I got the P.O. Box from this website where to send it but do I have to put his GDC # on it in order for him to get it and if so, can someone please tell me how to find out what his # is? Also, from reading post here, I noticed that some prisons require us to be on the inmates visitation list or else they're not allowed to receive our mail...is that true? I also have a friend in prison at Pulaski State Prison(which is where I actually read the info concerning receiving mail from those on the visitation list only)and I dont have her GDC #...nor am I on anyone's visitation list. I pray that's not correct because Im sure that would leave inmates with very little contact!
Thank you so much for any answers and please steer me in the right direction if I didnt post in the right place....New here....
Thanks again~

Default I'm new here

My fiance was transferred to Telfair today. Could someone tell me how the visitation process works. Will I have to fill out paperwork or get a background check. Are they strict on visitor's backgrounds? He just was moved from another prison which he was at a work camp. It was really relaxed there as far as in freedom(well u know wut I mean under the circumstances). I am just a little anxious because he is now a little further! Anybody wanna carpool?

I'm in the same boat...they will be sending my husband there because of his back and it's 3.5 hours away from me...it's going to kill him..they just mioved him about 3 weeks ago closer to home now he'll be farther. I called the counselor and he had no clue that they were movinghim. He did say they were probably moving him because that county prison can't handle his medical needs.....guess I'll be driving.....

Default Assistance in writing to inmate @ Telfair

just found out they transferred my partna from VSP 2 Telfair. I see the address is POST OFFICE BOX 549 HELENA, GA 31037 so how would i properly address a letter to him? Name/GDC # then that address?

I had some problems writing him at VSP because the operator at VSP gave me incorrect info, so three letters were never received on his behalf, due to him being in the W2 Annex. I'd prefer to get it correct the 1st time here without calling Telfair and possibly having the same problem. Can someone help me in properly addressing the letter so it indeed gets to him?
