Back to Level 2 in Supermax

Well my baby just called. He had a hearing today. He was moved to the supermax 21 days ago. They are not giving him any credit for the program he finished here in this supermax. So they are making him start all over again. It is like the last year (with no ticket I might add) was a waste. He had 6 minutes to talk so I just tried to tell him i was sorry, that the bottom line is he has not control over the situation and he has to just cooperate with them or it will be worse. He then said "I am staying here 2 years maybe longer b/c they said they are never letting me out." I told him that's just psychological warfare...they have to let him out of there sometime and to have faith. I could hear the despair in his voice. I never heard it before. I feel like I said all the wrong things b/c there was only 6 min and I had to blurt out all this stuff.

I hope he understands. It is a bummer but I expected it. Now I am planning my trip to see him in may. with air, car and hotel I am looking at $600!!

I am sorry that you are having to deal with this. I know it has got to be hellish for both of you. Please try to stay positive even though I know that sounds cliche. You have your PTO sisters and brothers here for you and you can lean on us whenever you feel the need. If you ever want to talk I'm here for you, just PM me. Best of luck to you and your man.

oh girl that sucks so bad. im so sorry that you guys are having to deal with this. this prison system is so f****d up! isnt there anywhere you can call? my thoughts are with you and your man. im so sorry.

he has a lawyer and i found the lawyer who filed (and won) against the prison he is in now. however, they will f with him even more if they get involved: no phone, no mail. they can do whatever they want to him. BTW level 1 is most restrictive and level 5 is the most fredom, opposite of most prison systems
