He's getting released tomorrow but has out of state warrants ..
He says his warrants are only extraditable in surrounding states t hat the warrant was issued in. He is not in a surrounding state or even really near one for that matter. Do they still have to check with states in question before they actually release him? How long can they hold him for that type of warrant?
Individual states differ in their policies/procedures, but I believe they'll hold him as long as there is a warrent. I could be wrong. I've moved your thread here to the NH forum where other members are more familiar NH's procedures.
