AT&T overcharges in California

If you have At&T as your local or long distance provider, and are experiencing exorbitant amounts in your phone call charges, i.e. $20.30 for 20 minutes as an example, please e-mail me at (e-mail address removed per PTO policy - member may be contacted via Private Messaging on PTO) . Senator Polanco's office and his investigator, along with CPUC, have been working
with me over the last 3 months to resolve a dispute that I have with AT&T, concerning collect calls that I am accepting from Old Folsom, and being charged from $20.30 to over $40.00 per call. It has been determined there is a problem with AT&T and it is and has been occurring with the phone system at Old Folsom, however, it may be occurring at other prisons as well. Contact me if your are experiencing these overcharges WITH AT&T only, and I will give you the information you need to get your problem resolved.
