Default Can a Felon be a bartender?

So I a one time felon 2nd degree Grand Theft. I need a second job can I bar tend?

depends. If the state liquor license says no felons can serve, then you probably won't be able to. Most state liquor boards don't have that rule, so you can probably tend. The establishment has the liquor license, not you. So the owner of the establishment has to adhere to the laws surrounding liquor licenses.
