Default What happens if a parolee violates parole too many times?

will they get in trouble, or just keep on as normal? My guy has violated like 4 or 5 times (no new charges tho) will anything happen if he keeps violating?

I'm surprised he hasn't already been pv'd and sent back to prison to finish his sentence. Whatever the root cause of his violations, I hope he seeks help.....he's already pushed his luck about as far as it'll go. Good luck to you both.

thanks...thats what im worried about that he'll have to do more time because of all the violations. he's gone back 3 different times for absconding and now for not reporting.

At this point, I'm surprised he hasn't had all of his time revoked. But he will if he continues this trend.

He really needs to pull his act together. He may be at the end of his "good luck" streak. He needs to decide how much he likes his freedom. Not good. As my husbands PO said to him, the PO is there to enforce the contract between the courts and my husband. If he violates there will be serious consequences. Not worth playing games. We want our lives back and to live them as normal as possible. I agree he needs to find himself some help to get on the right path before he wishes he did!

Default Parole Violations

I, myself am going thru the same thing. My husband has violated parole numerous of times but has always gotten a slap on the wrist. He has abscounded, had many dirty tests & walked off a drug treatment facility twice. My issue now is that he has now caught new charges & is a 3rd striker, so I am scared to find out the outcome of this case, but at the same time trying to stay positive & prayed up that the Lord will bless him one more time to get himself together not only for his family but for himself so that we can have our lives back & be happy!
