Question Contacting DOC TIme Comp

Does anyone know who I may contact from the DOC regarding 248 days missing from my husbands release date. The Public Defender checked it out with Time Comp, they show it correctly but when my husband got his Time Comp Sheet dated 2/8 it only shows the 281 days from Arapahoe County. The other county case (Probation Violation) is running concurrent to his Arapahoe sentence. From what I've been told this issue is on the Doc's end. I did find the Colorado Statute regarding Time credited for Parole Violations, but nothing on the Probation Violation end. I can only assume that they would be similar. I found information on the web site for DOC contacts on Time Computation from 2003. I would assume this may have changed by now. Have I confused everyone enough for today (lol). Any ideas?

Well his sheet should show the same thing that Time Comp told your attorney. You can reach them at 719-269-4160. They have final say on everything, there's really no one else you can contact. Ask for Mary or Frank.
