Default How to send money to FCI Pheonix, AZ inmate?

Could someone please tell me how to send money to an inmate at FCI Federal Correctional Institution in Phoenix, AZ? Also, can it be a money order, if so, what kind (ex: western union)? Is there a limit to how much you can send at one time? If so, how much? Can someone please also tell me the address to send it to? Any help & information would be extremely & greatly appreciated, asap. Thank you!!

Default Sending Money to Someone At FCI Phoenix

You may send either a money order, postal money orders are best. Any other type will have a 15 day hold. Make the money order payable to the Full Committed Name of the Person and the Complete Eight Digit Register Number. On the upper left corner of the envelope Sender's Name, Address, City, State and Zip. Make sure it's legible. The mailing address to put money on the books is:
Federal Bureau of Prisons
Person's Full Name
Eight Digit Register Number
P.O. Box 474701
Des Moines, IA 50947-0001
You can also use Western Union Quick Collect.
You can go online to Western Union's website and they have a link for sending money to inmates. You need the Eight Digit Resister Number and Last Name (No Space between the number and last name)
Code City FBOP, DC
Attn: Person's Full Name.
Don't know if there's a limit at FCI but for AZ Prisons it's $200.00.
Hope this helps.

Deraj - you've gotten good answers, but I would urge you to go to the Federal forum, since that's what an FCI is - a federal correctional institution. You will find that at this link.
