Unhappy called the prison

I've called, but the FV cordinator has not returned any of my calls. She does not answer her phone. I want to start getting my stuff together because our visits usually cost me a lot of money. Lotions, oils, lingerie, etc.... I know once she processes the form it takes three weeks to order the food. That's the only onfo. I have.:fb:

I too need info on family visits in Corcoran.
I have visited him a couple times and one of the CO's is a real headache.
He wont let my husband use the restroom so if my husband has to go it's bad for all of us because he suffers.
Everyone else seems to be ok though.
We are due soon for a family visit and this will be my very first one....nervous?? heck yeah I am I don't even have any clue what to take for my visit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Everyone. I too am clueless in regards to family visits. My husband submitting the request over three weeks ago. The man in charge of his building says that he was busy with reception paperwork, so we haven't a clue what the hold up is. I called on Wednesday and learned that he was moved from 3B03 to 3B05, and that he had a new counselor. I tried her, "Smooth" is her name, but no answer. My husband said to try CC2 Cordova. Tried her as well, no response as of yet. This could be so frustrating. I almost feel like one morning i'm going to get a call from someone asking me to show up the following day. With no time to prepare. So i was wondering if anyone could provide a list of "do's" and "don'ts". For instance, is there a specific type of lingerie your only able to bring in? Everything is such a mystery....
