Default Willard DTC

My very good friend was just transferred to Willard DTC on 12/13. This is his second time being there for a parole violation. He told me as much as he could tell me when we were able to talk daily while he was in county jail. I did receive one call from him since he has been at willard but I missed most of the recording so the only option I got was for a 60 second complimentary call and that def wasn't enough time for him to give me some more details.

Just wondering if there are any of you out there that currently have loved ones in Willard that could give me some more information so that I know a little more of what to expect during his 97 day stay there.

Thank You

They get very limited calls and visits at Willard.

That's the hardest thing to deal with. I got used to getting calls every day a few times a day when he was in county jail. The good thing then was that he was able to call my cell phone. I have only spoke with him for a total of 60 seconds since he has left county. We write each other, but I do know that while at Willard the letters from him will be less frequent since they don't get a lot of time to write. I have done a lot of reading so I am aware that they only get a 10 min phone call one week and then the visit the next week. I am just anxious to find out when his first visit will be. The good thing is I only live an hour and a half away.

But I am thankful that he is doing willard because if not then he would be serving at least 2 years in prison and that would have been hectic.
