Cool UA Question?

If while on Federal Supervised Release, a person submits a UA and it is tagged and bagged and sent to a lab (well we are geussing it was sent to a lab)... How long does it take for the results to come back? also; if the UA comes back dirty what is the normal procedures to notify the person on Supervised release?

If you test dirty once, perhaps your Probation Officer will have you enrolled in drug and alcohol treatment and rehabilitation. Or he/she could put you in a halfway house. Or they could arrest you and have you go before the Judge where your SR could be revoked and you could be sent back to prison.

Let me give you some honest advice. If you're on SR, stay off and away from drugs. The penalty is not worth it. You're not going to be able to get high in prison. If you know you have a problem and need help, GO SEE your Probation Officer and ask for help and tell him/her the truth...that you've been using and you want to be upfront about it. But if you remain silent and/or try and beat the test it will definitely be discovered and the consequences are severe. Good luck.

Depending on the policy of the sentencing judge, the procedure to notify may be a warrant for your arrest.
Information is the foundation of liberation.

"You're not going to be able to get high in prison" That statement is NOT true! They have pretty much anything and everything in there! From booze to heroin...and everything in between.
