Default Can I vote after my felony is expunged?

when my felony is expunged will i be able to vote?

I goggled this because I was not sure and this is what I found..
You CAN register and vote if you:
Are in a local jail as a result of a misdemeanor conviction;
Are awaiting trial or are currently on trial and have not yet been convicted of a crime;
Have completed parole for a felony conviction; or
Are on probation.

This was on the Registrar of voters website. Hope this helps.

So in this case it would be safe to say once you are off Parole you can vote, there isnt a need to expunge your record which I beleive takes a minimum wait of 5 years and a petition of the courts.

Yes you can vote and expungement is 10 years no contact no paper

I have had two felony convictions expunged. I don't know about other states, but in California you CAN vote......I do.
