So in other words live under a blanket in a shack deep in the woods and hope no one hears you breathe... wow... this world has become something else.

I am confused about the Michigan Statute --I read there was an exception to the 500' or the 100' (which is correct) distance a sex offender could be in to a school safety zone--I read and I am still trying to locate the law that if the offender resided in a residence before the incident, he was exempt from that law--which is it 500 or 100' and where is this exception

I need to know the same thing. My guy just got a P67 with an smx date of 1/3/12. His counsler looked it up so he doesn't have official papers yet. Does this mean that is his release date? Counsler said something about it being a Max date. Could he get out sooner? Confused....

I believe it means that if someone was sentenced to 18 months and received a P67 he would have an 18 month parole
