No Phone call was supposed to call sat

I have a friend whom is in century CI and he was supposed to call sat nite and he nevr called at all and today is sunday and still no call.Dose anyone know if there phones are messed up there?
Im so worried about him

I would suggest that you call if you are worried. They don't have to know who you are calling for. I normally call when something like this happens. You can ask if the phones are working, and they should tell you.

If it was me, I would have called already. You can call anytime. They are there 24 hours, but I would just say that you are concerned about a family member/friend and you want to make sure the phones are working. It can't hurt to try. You can call tonight, and if you don't get anywhere, try again in the morning.

I just called and they said nothing wrong with the phones...im so confused he has never lied about calling

That's why I was saying you don't have to tell them who you are calling for. Is it possible he got in trouble for something and is in the hole and can't call. He might not be able to use the phone for some reason. Looks like you are going to have to wait this one out. Keep us posted.

i will nope he dont get in trouble.the lady said he was ok
and the phones are ok she said he probly just dont want to call but it isnt like him.
maybe ill get a letter tuesday im praying any ways.Thanks i will let you know

It would be a very unusual situation for any prisoner to not want to make a phone call.

Maybe he had trouble getting in line for the phone.

And, he could possibly be in trouble. Sometimes they don't know right off the bat until something is written up and entered in to the system. I hope he just couldn't get to the phone for it being a holiday, but there is always a first time.

Don't be afraid to call and check on someone you care about. Just look over them. They don't know better.

'He probably just doesn't want to call'......my eye. That statement right there tells me who ever told you that is just ignorant. And, probably thought you'd swallow it too, hook, line and sinker.

I used to assume the worst, but he told me that if he doesn't call it usually means the lines are too long or he is tired from work, etc.

Another thing is, sometimes when they phones aren't working or they shut them off, they will tell you everything is fine anyhow...Like, awhile back when my husband was at apalachee, they had a riot there so they shut the phones off. I knew what had happened because a friend of mine her man was there and he had called her right before they shut the phones off...When i called the prison, they said everything was fine...Last thursday where my hubby is at, holmes, they had a big shakedown and shut the phones off...so who knows...I'd call back again tomorrow and check if he's in confinement..it could be possible that he didn't get a dr but is in ac under investigation or something. Have you tried calling CBS to make sure your line is clear and that everything is fine on your end?

well this is the 3rd nite no call.i am going to wait see if i get any mail.this is so not right.
ima call the prison tomorrow if there is no mail
