I've been looking for legal assistance for an inmate in a Tennessee prison. In one of the sites I came across

I met Ray Kotabish. Ray is a legal advocate. Anyway, he says he can help my friend...but, I don't know him or of him. I was wondering if any of you have heard of him or know if he is legit or not.

Hi, welcome to the PTO family. DO NOT SEND THIS MAN ANY MONEY. Another support forum that I am a member of has experience with him. He takes your money and never does anything for you. Several women are out hundreds of dollars and to date, Ray has done NOTHING to help them. If you want additional information on his SCAM, please feel free to contact me directly.

I personally know someone that was scammed by this man. She sent him $500 and he kept asking for more money before he would even tell her what, if anything he would do to help her loved one. Also, if anyone wants more information about this situation, contact another lady that has had verbal threats from him. she runs a site called surviving the system.

He has threatened this lady and her family. If anyone wants further information, please contact me directly.

And because folks like her have made it their mission to destroy any person who gets in their path at any costs to try to help themselves and because they have "law enforcement connections" all of us should be afraid of this person. I could get on any forum including yours and badmouth someone and really ruin them, but I choose not to.

Surprisingly though when you try to contact any of his references, you can never get them. I know a couple of people who were trying to do just that and could never get anyone and they would not return their calls.

PLEASE!!! Do NOT send this guy any money. I would ask for the names and phone numbers of those "over 14 active clients" so that you can call them and see if that are really happy with him.

I would bet too that if you went to the attorney general in Ohio, he probably has several complaints against him.

It just burns me up that there are so many people out there who are ready to take advantage of us and our loved ones.
