Default Proxy/Affidavit question - Does it have an expiration?

Is there an "expiration date" for an affidavit for proxy? I'm in TX.

Default heres a link to texas proxy

we did one last year and i do not recall there being a expiration date on it. if it does expire im sure it would have one, now the county clercks office might not do it if its from months back they might request you getting a recent on but youd have to contact the county youll be doing it in. but no where does it say anything about an expiration date on the absent avidavid.

Default Update

According to Dallas Co Clerk, the affidavit is valid for 30 days and must be handwritten.
