Default How much time for bail jumping?

My fiancé is being held in county jail til she gets shipped to womens prison. This is her first time for bailjumping and I wanted to know if anyone can tell me how long she will probably be away for that. It's a felony in Wi. So does that mean they will stick it to her ? I'm a wreck!!!!!

Depends what the bail jumping was for and what county she's in. Honestly, nobody i met in prison was there for just bail jumping, the underlying felony would have to hold prison time, and then the bail jumping would just add more time. I would be willing to bet she'll get county time, unless the underlying felony was prison material.

Yea, I too havent heard of JUST felony bail jumping. My man had bail jumping too, but that was dropped, and the other charges are why he is in there. Then again, he wasn't running from the police or anything, just ended up blowing a very minimal amount on an alcohol test. I guess it will just depend on what else she is facing, if anything, but I wouldn't think she would be facing MAJOR time, I guess only time will tell. Good Luck!
