does anyone have any news on Devin, did he volunteer do you know?
his appeals cant be over,

I don't know about the volunteering part but it does look like he's exhausted his appeals. The Supreme Court denied hearing his appeal on March 3rd. Let's all hope that his attny's have more filings to make.

he has only been there since 2005 tho, other guys appeals have taken years and years, it dont make sence to me nor my hubby very sad,

Maybe he has given up the fight then. He did have appeals all to the Supreme Court though. It is sad. I'm not even sure that is was a capitol case. Didn't seem like premeditated murder to me. Let's hope for the best for him--gosh he's young.

yes he is very young, didnt sound like premeditated to me either, im thankful its not TX i think we have better chance of a stay for him at TN.

im sure he would love a card from anyone that would like too, i dont personally know him, we just like too keep an eye on all the guys there, ive met a few there are some special guys there, my hubby was on TN DR its where we met and married, it was actually Micheal Rimmer that did some of the work that helped get my hubby off the row, he had a date the other month luckly he got a stay, we realise how lucky we were so we always keep the guys in our prayers.

Thank you, although i dont know him if he is anything like the other guys there im sure he will be greatful for all the cards sent, as crazy as this may sound we sure miss the row even the guards were cool.
