Question About Road Prisons/WorkCamps

My friend is in Liberty W/C in Bristol FL. He's been there for two years and thinks he wants to transfer elsewhere, possibly one of the Road Prisons, for the time remaining on his sentence. He gave me a list of places to look into. I was wondering if you could give me feedback...good or bad...on the places on his list.
