NEW MEXICOTopics and conversations dealing with the State of New Mexico - Department of Corrections, Criminal Justice System, Prisoner & Family Support, News & Information, etc.
I am new to the forums here but I have a question for those of you New Mexican's who are on pretrial, probation, parole. My case has gone federal and I am currently on pretrial. Been on it now for 4 months. I have to call a local number every night at 9pm to see if my color is called, and if it is I have to go in to submit some apple juice (urine test). When I get there for the apple juice donation, the first thing they have me do is blow into a breathalyzer, then they follow me to the bathroom and watch me squeeze apples.
Does anyone know if they are testing my apple juice for Alcohol? I don't understand why they'd have me blow into a breathalyzer as well as submit my apple juice for an EtG/EtS?
Anyone know if they do test our apple juice for Alcohol, or is our Alcohol test merely done via-breathalyzer?
Any help from my fellow companions here in N.M. would be greatly appreciated!
You all are weak ass biatches. This site is weak and the information that you all don't offer thinking you know what's going on is weak. Sense I can't delete my own account I will provide an answer for any true sole who is attempting to gain the answer to the same question as me. The system, as far as N.M. is concerned, does not test EtG or EtS. The only alcohol test you have to pass is the breath test and as long as you have at least 24 hours sense your last drink you will be fine. Cheers!
