Default NY DOCS Rules & Regulations

I have in my possession the complete book of the rules and regulations including for Tickets and everything else. All the directives, etc. Don't ask me how I got it. However, if anyone needs any specific information, I;d be more than happy to look it up and get back to you.

I'll be sure to bother you if I think of something specific...is there anyway for me to actually get a copy of one of those?
If I put in a call somewhere or something?

you have to order it from the publisher, West Law, I ordered it when I worked at a Lawfirm and had it delivered there. I don't know if they'll send it to a private person

I'll bring it in to work tomorrow and have it scanned. Don't have a scanner at home.

That's awesome Michelle, I'm so happy for you. You've got to put up some pictures either here or at NYIF or both so I know who I'm talking too!

I can tell you without even looking that it is totally up to the prison officials how long he will get in keeplock or SHU. It depends if he's had dirty urines before, other tickets, things like that. It doesn't usually add on time to a sentence but it can affect his parole. I will look up if there's any specific sentencing guidelines but I don't think so.

I have a question. Are there any regulations for how they have to handle parole, basically interstate parole? Timelines and what happens is what I am looking for. Please let me know. Thanks.

Smile NYS DOCS Directives

Hi Val! I'm interested in the New York State Directives/Rules & Regulations and where I can get a copy. Can I order it from the publisher? I would like to know what it says about visits on scheduled visit days and whether a visit can be denied on a scheduled visit day just because the visitor attended a facility event prior to requesting a visit. I was told denial of a visit was in the NYS Directives and I was also told that denial of a visit for that reason was also a bunch of BS. Therefore, I'm

I'd appreciate hearing from you soon as possible. Thanks

Well I ordered it when I worked at a law firm but you can try to order it yourself. You can get it from West Publishing. They publish all of the legal books
