Do our Governmental Corrections prey upon us for they’re wasteful spending of our taxpayer’s money? Why all the tax increases? Boscobel WSPF not a good deal for anyone!
We must stop being victims by our own Government!
Let’s close them doors for the good of mankind!

@ $57,000.00 per inmate, per year to house an inmate when they are in their cells 23 hours a day or more! Something is wrong with this picture and we are paying for what? Food is catered in at the taxpayers expense, why not open the kitchen and let the honored non-violent trustees make the meals, do the laundry and clean the prison? The inmates want this as well! This is a waste of our tax money and we Wisconsin taxpayers should be on this! This would make for good economics as well! Why are we allowing our government to waste our money? We can make a difference when contacting our legislators and voicing our concerns regarding these dishonest actions against us Wisconsin taxpayers. Also in addition to the cost of this place, check out the inhumane place this truly is, this is a shame and a very big blemish on our own Government’s face, I’m proud to be an American but not so proud of my Government when they allow this torturous place to exist as a experiment for the non-violent inmates incarcerated at that WSPF prison. This simply is revolting and is an over powering injustice of our Government power to we the people that pay their salary! Supermax? NO! We call it Superwaste!

Should we have to bite down and let our Correction’s mad spending spree continue at the taxpayer’s expense? Or do we exploit these issues to the public and hold those responsible for the crime of fraudulent Correctional over spending on we the people?

With the help of many hard working taxpaying citizens and humanitarians just like you and I, C.T.F.A is able to raise the conscious awareness of what might have gone unnoticed to many taxpayers. We in Wisconsin are hard working Taxpaying citizens that really work hard for our money, and we wish to hold on to our paychecks as much as we can. But, we’re being taxed to death. We at C.T.F.A are opening the eyes of the everyday taxpaying citizens in Wisconsin whom are unaware of the way our Government corrections wastes our hard-earned taxpayers money! We should all make a fresh mental note of our rights and exercise them to the limits; freedom of speech is what we need to exercise here and now. We all were born and raised knowing that paying taxes is something that has to be done in life, and we do not mind paying our taxes for in which they were intended for, too better we the people. However we never think of our Government of wasting our hard earned taxpayers money on inhumane and deplorable causes such as WSPF prison in Boscobel Wisconsin. We the taxpayer’s do not want to be a part of this revolting injustice to our citizens less fortunate then we. Education is prevention we as Americans cannot be ignorant to that fact nor should our Government. We at C.T.F.A and the citizens of Wisconsin believe our Government could educate them selves from the taxpaying citizens of Wisconsin that are closely watching the wasteful spending and the fraudulent, deceptive and unjustifiable Government spending spree with corrections regarding Boscobel WSPF prison WI. Many of us are appalled at this fact of reality that WSPF prison does not teach reform in any way shape or form, this place only shows abuse of power. Its existence only shows the lack of humanity within our Governments correctional system. It also displays the wasteful over spending power by our Government on us as American taxpaying citizens! You need to be aware of what our correctional system is doing; our government’s attentions should be on the issues of us taxpayer’s money being fraudulently wasted to fund such a place like Boscobel WSPF. This prison is so anti-American; this is neither our culture nor our nature as Wisconsin citizens.
There are not enough criminals in Wisconsin that warrants such a place, why is this place still draining us taxpayers of our hard earned money? We do think that Tommy Thompson Former Governor had a dream to put us taxpayers further into dept and seize the money that could be used as to education rather then incarcerate. Also help those that cannot help them selves such as at the Curative workshop, in Green Bay, WI. Please do not cut their funding; help us to help them be self sufficient in their own lives. These are citizens that not only need our public support but the support of our government as well. Cutting funds from such a worthy rehab program would truly be a crime on the citizens that need your help, please don’t let them down. Close Boscobel WSPF and utilize theses funds to take care of our law-abiding citizens that pay these taxes. We the public want to educate our Government in the fields of humanity as well as the money saving tactics that we have to live by in order to survive do to our Governments correctional wasteful spending.

Last Updated: Jan. 13, 2002 Conditions at the Supermax, these attorneys argue, are so harsh that they would not be allowed under the Geneva Convention for a prisoner of war camp. We are appalled that our own government allows this to continue.

According to Chris Ahmuty, Executive Director of the ACLU of Wisconsin, "The Department of Corrections is ultimately putting the safety of Wisconsin's citizens at risk by subjecting the prisoners, most of whom will be released one day, to a callous, brutal, and unnecessary regimen. "The conditions in this place make it an incubator of psychosis," said Fathi. "Previously healthy prisoners become mentally ill as a result of confinement under these conditions. Shocking prisoners with electroshock weapons that emit a powerful and painful electric shock, often leaving burn marks on the skin. What do you think the repercussions will be with these issues? We know! Once again our Government will be back in the Taxpayer’s pocket to fund the mentally ill that our Government so inflicts upon these less fortunate citizens of society. Education rather then incarceration is the factor here; we can save money if we try, but first our Government must realize it’s own wasteful spending, like that Boscobel prison. Once again our Government needs to understand the word Prevention! Just as we try to teach our children, “We are responsible adults” that will protect you as our children! This is the same concept that our Government should deploy to us taxpayers; protect our hard earned tax money and us! Stop the waste by corrections at Boscobel WSPF prison. There are too many non-violent offenders there that don’t fit the criteria of that place, but our Government wants us to believe there is so it looks like we needed it! That is deceitful and a lie by our Government!
3. Surf the net bring up Boscobel prison, you to will see what a waste and fraudulent place it is. Our Wisconsin Taxpayer’s are getting more aware and we will hold those in office accountable at election time. Please cut this barbaric cement torture chamber called Boscobel WSPF, and use these funds to support the Curative Workshop citizens that can be productive taxpaying citizens with the support of our Government. This is truly a crime bestowed upon us WI taxpayer’s by our free for all scam by our Government with our WI tax money. Someone’s pockets are being padded with this place and with your help we can find out who’s getting fatter on our tax money!

Victory does come in numbers and we need your help. Let’s stop the abuse for all! What could $57,000.00 do per year; per child in your home or how many families we could feed or get into a home and off the streets with children? I say spend our taxes back home to we the people of WI for our children for education not incarceration! Yes it still starts at home, something our Government seems to want abolish, family!

Our Government offices have been sent this letter, now you can help and send one as well. Let’s let them know we won’t stand for this unjustifiable act of over spending and inhumanity to the non-violent offenders incarcerated within that cement tomb called WSPF Boscobel, WI.


In the words of the philosopher Dostoevsky "the degree of civilization in a society can be judged by entering its prisons." They won’t let anyone into WSPF to talk with the ill treated inmate, where they are caged worst then animals for years never seeing sun light nor talking to anyone, never leaving their cells, not even to eat! You don’t even want to hear about their late night cell extractions. You tell me this is reform? This is neglect by our Government! Many call it insanity to allow such inhumane treatment to exist in WI, for that matter in the U.S!
Many of these inmates will someday walk among us; human time bombs are what WSPF is producing and we can stop this now with your help!
