Default Info Please - W.H.O. rehab program - Harris County Jail

Hi ahhelpp - I'm not familiar with a program called WHO. I've searched around a bit for you and not able to locate one thing even similar. Do you know what the w.h.o. stands for or what court it is out of?

Hopefully someone will have some information to share - in the mean time I will be happy to help research for you.

Janice

I don't know anything. My sister keeps telling me the name of the program the judge ordered her to was called W.H.O. She doesn't know what it stands for either. If you want to help me try and research information on it, thank you, but you don't have to.
