Hi, I am a co-founder of a Buddhist Inmate support group, we have a resource section on our website that has a search by state for inmates, some states can locate an inmate with the name only and other info, some require the inmates ID#
take alook at he site listed here. best regards to all.

If it's fed you can go to
http://www.bop.gov
once there look under "inmate locator" and put in the name, age (+/- 2) and color and if it is a fed sentence you will find him.

If it is state, check the State Department of corrections website. Each state has there own.

If you would like me to help I would be more then happy to, just give me a bit of info.

Default another url

inmate locator

another web site that might help is the above one. it shows all the states that have an 'inmate locator' On most of them you can search only by name, even last name, so that might help? good luck in your search
