Default Harris County To Prison - Texas

My husband signed for three years... He went to court Nov 5 2008..Does any one have an idea when he will be transferred do they wait so many weeks or do they just pick him up when they ready!!?? Some people said it takes about two-three weeks...so we are just kind of waiting but the closer I get to his leaving date I wanna go down there to see him as much as possible!!

in the female side I saw people go as fast as 2 weeks but some took MANY weeks...but that was probably because of Ike. I'd start visiting him as much as you can asap.

Hi mamalynn ~ Welcome to PTO!

I really don't think there's any way of predicting when your husband will catch chain. My son sat and sat and sat in Harris County.

Enjoy those visits and phone calls!

Janice

My boyfriend went to court on October 30 and was transferred out on November 15. I'm sure not everyone is the same but at least that gives you a little something to go by.
