Anyone get collect calls through ATT?

hi, any of you out there receive your collect calls through ATT? i have had nothing but problems with them, the price,billing, blocking calls for no reason, anyone else?

In the post on MCI I explained my isues. And I DO believe it is ATT that is supposed to be billing me because the operator always states they are ATT operator when they begin the call.
I DO owe them money but I have no bill, I have called them over and over again trying to get the bill and they say wait for the next bill, I have and it is just a regualr bill not the collect calls from my husband! They did put a block on my calls, on Thanksgiving no less, but took it off (right away)and said it was a 'system error' when I challenged them....meantime...still no bill

Hi...No I have not received any collect calls put thru by ATT or billed by them....I am new at this but my understanding is that MCI provides phone service for NY state prisons if that is true...no other phone company should be billing you..I posted my experience under the MCI thread my man called 5 times from Riker's Island and my local phone co SPRINT the company that provides me with dial tone billed me at their rate of 19.00 a call, how this happens I do not know, but it does happen....I used to work for the phone company and would see it happen now and then....anyway Sprint took all of the calls off of my bill due to the billing error...resulting in adjustment of almost 100.00 yippeeee...I don't know your situation but sometime the Public utilities commission can help if your local phone company won't...are the calls (ATT) being billed on your local phone bill or seperately direct from ATT???? I hope your problem is resolved.....Judy
