What happened to HR 261?

Does anyone have any idea what happened to it? I thought it had a good chance of getting out of both houses, but it has disappeared into the netherworld of the legislature.

I have been wondering the same thing. Seemed to me that was the bill that would have been more helpful bringing our loved ones home earlier.

At this website http://thomas.loc.gov/ you can track the progress of any piece of legislation. You can also set it up to e-mail you when there's a change in the status of a particular bill.
