Caution on Free Bus

Well I went to catch the free bus yesterday against my better judgement and ofcourse it was terrible. First off the paper tell you to arrive at 4:30 so ofcourse I am there on time as I do not want to miss it. Well finanly it arrives 45 minutes later mind you it is cold as heck in NY right now. Two raggady buses pull up but still I keep an open mind as I don't wont to disappoint my son's father. Well they load one bus with people going to three diffrent facility and keep my facility waiting. After another 30 minutes they come and announce that there is not enough people going to our facility and they are not taking the trip. We were pissed to put it mildly. They treated us as if we did not matter as if i time is not precious. It was awful people were out there all that time with children and older women who had gotten rides there rides had left when they saw the buses pull up. I am so angry and also feel bad for the inmates who were excited to be seeing there loved ones today. I just hate to dissappoint them.They punished us for the people who made reservations and did not show up. I am outraged at this. They claim that they will contact us to reschedule but who is to say this will not occur today. They will not be heraing from me as they could not pay me to ride that bus. Anyone using this service just know it is no guarantee.

Oh man that sux!!!! have u cked out the transportation thread?? there are 2 new people who are starting bus service, its worth a try.

Damn, sorry to hear about that. I wish there was a way to hold them to their commitment, but as things go I guess they can just do what ever they want.
