Default Public Defenders - Harris County Jail Texas

This is a shot in the dark, but is there any way you can find out who an inmates public defender is?

I would think it has to be public record somewhere...but not sure where you would look. Is it a small county?

i would think in a county that large they would have a public defenders office. Have you looked under county offices in the phone book? Just a thought -- let us know what you find out.

Harris County does not have a Public Defenders Office. The public defenders work for the individual judges and courts. Call the DA's office or the court and they can tell you who the pd is.

The DA's office and if he is still in jail, the information is listed with the jailer also.
