Tax Credits...Federal Bonding Programs

Can someone tell me more about Federal Bonding, if they hav used it?

and also,Work Opportunity Tax Credit
and Welfare to Work Tax Credit

It seems you have o be employe by Jan 2002 to qualify for Welfare to work.

But all Ex Offenders qualify for Work Opp. Tax Credit.

Anyone use this?
