Phonecalls oversee - Harris County Jail Texas

Hi together ...

sorry, when I ask silly now, but is it possible that a inmate (Harris County Jail, Tx) can make a collect-call oversee?
I don't think so, but maybe someone here know more about that and can tell me if it's possible or how I can work it out.

Innana, I somehow doubt an overseas collect call would be allowed. Do inmates at Harris county have calling cards or do you know. If he had a calling card he might could do it that way.

No calling cards were available in Harris County when my cousin was there, but things can change. I think that a definitive answer would have to come from the phone service provider for the jail. I think that it was Global Tel Link when my cousin was there but again, that may have changed. You would have to call the jail to verify who the service provider is. I suspect that you'll have to talk to the provider to set up collect call service anyway and you can ask them the question. A number for Global Tel Link is 877-650-4249. I suppose they should know if they provide service to Harris County if you were to just call them first.
