Maybe a silly question - is there a priest? Harris County Jail Texas

Hi together ...

maybe I have today a silly question, but it don't goes out of my mind.

My loved one is in Harris County Jail (Baker Street) and I'm too far to visit him and too far that he would be allowed to call me. I'm in Germany!

His parents and friends turn him the back and let him drop down. He have nobody, beside me and I'm simple to far.
Is it possible that a priest visit him from time to time that he can take a short break from his cell (dorm)?
He goes now with the time depressed and I try to find a way to help him out.
